Solid Flooring

Our solid flooring is produced in accordance with the highest European standards. It is available in various grades of consistent quality and reliable sorting.

We operate a warehouse near Hamburg for our producers in Canada and stock solid flooring and parquet made of various North American hardwoods.

We can deliver promptly at low direct import prices. Small-quantity shipments are possible. Larger quantities or special products are available on request.

Softwood flooring made of Nordic spruce and pine as well as pitch pine is delivered in full-lorry loads straight from our producers to our customers.

Hard Maple

Description

• High density and fine grain
• Especially hard and highly durable
• Ideal for flooring
• The sapwood is white and displays a characteristic grain pattern
• The heartwood is light to dark brown

Range

Eastern North America (especially Eastern Canada)

Description

• High density, solid and resistant to wear
• The sapwood is light and creamy white, similar to maple
• The heartwood is reddish-brown
• Commonly used for flooring and furniture in North America
• Increasingly popular and familiar in Europe
• Superior to European birch (Betula verrucosa) in all technical wood properties; comparable to the difference between hard maple and European maple

A floor made of solid wood is both attractive in appearance and pleasant to the touch. We offer long-lasting softwood flooring made of select Nordic spruce and pine as well as pitch pine.

Softwood flooring is available in the following options:

• Standard and custom profiles
• Falling lengths or precision end trimmed
• 4-sided tongue and groove
• Dried to 8%–10%

Our softwood flooring is either untreated or the surface is treated as requested by the customer. Packaging and labelling in accordance with customer requests are possible.

Softwood flooring made of Nordic spruce and pine as well as pitch pine is delivered in full lorry loads straight from our producers to our customers.

Our flooring in Nordic spruce and pine is FSC^® or PEFC certified.
