Edge-glued panels

We supply solid edge-glued panels made of oak, beech, lime, alder and Nordic pine to the furniture and wood industry as well as to specialist retailers.

We have been cooperating with our partners for many years. Modern production lines and methods make possible effective production of edge-glued panels as specified by customers.

Our edge-glued panels of finger-jointed and full-length lamellas range in quality from CC grade for use as core material to rustic BC grade for use as workbench tops to faultless A grade for furniture fronts.

Our edge-glued panels are delivered straight from our producers to our customers. We do not maintain any warehouse stocks, so as a rule the minimum order quantity is about 10–15 cubic metres.

Edge-glued panels - Oak

Solid edge-glued panels made of oak can be purchased from us in AB grade, wild oak, BC and CC grades with finger-jointed or full-length lamellas. We offer these grades according to your requested specifications.

Oak edge-glued panels with finger-jointed lamella:

• Lengths up to 3000 mm
• Widths up to 1200 mm
• Thicknesses 18, 20 and 25 mm

Oak edge-glued panels with full-length lamella:

• Lengths up to 2100 mm
• Widths up to 1200 mm
• Thicknesses 18, 20 and 25 mm

Edge-glued panels - Beech

Solid edge-glued panels made of lightly-steamed beech can be purchased from us in AB grade, beech heartwood (wild beech), BC and CC grades with finger-jointed or full-length lamellas. We offer these grades according to your requested specifications.

Beech edge-glued panels with finger-jointed lamellas:

• Lengths up to 5000 mm
• Widths up to 1250 mm
• Thicknesses 18 to 50 mm

Beech edge-glued panels with full-length lamellas:

• Lengths up to 2500 mm
• Widths up to 1250 mm

Edge-glued panels - Lime

Edge-glued panels made of lime are an interesting alternative to other types of wood (e.g. abachi and beech) for use as core material. Lime panels have good technical and processing properties and are an outstanding value for money.

Solid edge-glued panels made of lime can be purchased from us in AB or BC grade with finger-jointed or full-length lamellas. We offer these grades according to your requested specifications.

Solid edge-glued panels made of red alder (North American alder) can be purchased from us in AB, BB or BC grade with finger-jointed or full-length lamellas. We offer these grades according to your requested specifications.

Edge-glued panels - Nordic Pine

We use primarily pine from Finnish forests as our raw material. Solid edge-glued panels made of Nordic pine can be purchased from us in all standard grades A,B,C with finger-jointed or full-length lamellas. We offer these grades according to your requested specifications.

Nordic pine edge-glued panels:

• Lengths up to 3000 mm
• Widths up to 1100 mm
• Thicknesses 5 to 44 mm

Custom production of larger panels is also possible.
